Use of the Foodies Jeebu constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The Foodies Jeebu may only be used to make payments to participating merchants and for approved services.
All transactions processed through the Foodies Jeebu are deemed final unless a refund is approved.
Where applicable, approved refunds shall be credited primarily to the Foodies Jeebu.
Funds held in the Foodies Jeebu are non-withdrawable and shall not be redeemed for cash or transferred to a bank account.
Foodies Jeebu balances shall not expire and will remain available for future transactions unless the Foodies Jeebu account is closed in accordance with these Terms.
The Foodies Jeebu holder is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and shall promptly notify the Company of any unauthorized access or suspected misuse.
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Foodies Jeebu in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or breach of these Terms and Conditions.
The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Foodies Jeebu following such amendments shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
